Winemaking: Hand-picked and basket pressed, then fermented in stainless steel to keep the finish clean and fresh which is what this style is renowned for.
Tasting Notes: | We almost can just hit rewind and replay with this wine, our Sauvignon Blanc is just so consistently good. 2022 was a warmer summer so we find lively fruit characters - limes, white nectarines, pears, tropical fruits and a touch of elder flower hiding in the back. The palate is fresh with citrus, juicy stone fruits and touches of passionfruit. The freshness is fabulous, well balanced acidity without the cat’s bum face, ending with a firm mouth feel, great palate length and a very clean finish. It is sunshine, happiness in a glass so let’s face it - medicinal after the long wet winter we have had.

Minimum order quantitiy is six bottles (either all the same wine, or a selection to make a mixed box). A 10% discount is offered on purchases of 6 bottles, and 15% discount for 12 bottles of more.
