Winemaking: Maturation is in puncheons of 500 litres with an 8 year old base.
Tasting comments: This is what you get if you juice a fruit mince pie - Christmas pudding, raisons and prunes fill the nose; a syrupy palate follows with a warming honey finish. Fantastic after dinner with smelly cheese or drown over ice-cream, pancakes or porridge!! Fortified with cognac spirit, so once opened will last (rumour has it) 2 years.

Minimum order quantitiy is six bottles (either all the same wine, or a selection to make a mixed box). A 10% discount is offered on purchases of 6 bottles, and 15% discount for 12 bottles of more.
