Soils: Sand loam over limestone
Winemaking: Hand-picked, basket pressed in whole bunches, malolactic fermentation in barrel. Aged for 12 months in French and American Oak Barriques.
Tasting Notes: A very fruit driven wine with a bouquet of plums, cherries, soft curry leaf and spices. The characteristics of the bouquet follows through to the palate with the addition of soft chalky tannins. The mouth feel is of a easy drinking medium bodied wine that will cellar until 2027.

Minimum order quantitiy is six bottles (either all the same wine, or a selection to make a mixed box). A 10% discount is offered on purchases of 6 bottles, and 15% discount for 12 bottles of more.
